For example, as a client looking to buy a home, our skill and supporting technology will ensure you are always informed of new homes that come on the market quickly and efficiently.  We use automated searches with hand crafted criteria designed to ensure you see all homes of potential interest combined with neighborhood research and networking to locate the hidden gems.  We also preview potential homes with you by providing substantial details, photos, and virtual tours to avoid dragging you from one uninteresting house to the next.

And as an example for our clients selling a home, we use a sophisticated email-based showing feedback system to find out what agents and their clients are thinking about your home.  Most agents do little or no after-showing follow-up for their seller clients.  We follow up on EVERY showing and our response rate for requested feedback is excellent.  This feedback is communicated to you at the time it is received so you are continually aware of how your home is perceived by buyers.
